In the Nov./Dec. issue of Cycle Canada Steve Thornton wrote about angrily chasing down and confronting a Harley rider who passed him in the same lane on the right, an altercation that ended in Thornton being punched in the face. The article fostered numerous letters to the editor, as well as spirited debate in our forum, and so we decided it might be time for all of us to take a refresher course in the rules of the road and the principles of safe motorcycle riding.
